Well hello and welcome to my blog where you can read and analyze my innermost thoughts...lol
I just have enjoyed reading other friend's blogs so much that I thought I would try it out for myself...it's a neat way to remember the things months and years from now that you might not otherwise.
Please feel free to comment and laugh as I learn how to blog about my life. Of course, knowing that my nosy friends are reading this, I will not put every single gritty detail of my life for all the public to hear, but I will express some of my day to day thoughts.
Let's see....I'm at a place in my life where I am amazingly happy and content. I have a job (unlike 70 percent of Georgians who are currently unemployed) teaching 3rd graders for my sixth year of teaching, two precious children (Weldon who is 8 1/2 and Ava who is 2 1/2)....and well I have a boyfriend who loves me for who I am and puts up with this "emotional girl" as Martina McBride says...
So....it's Thursday night...and I am thinking about the powerpoint I need fo finish for my doctorate program and the fact that I get to see Jerry this Saturday....and finally see Nights in Rodanthe by Nicholas Sparks... ;-)
Weldon is my smart handsome first born and Ava is my sweet precious, but quite the defiant two year old daughter...that I always wanted to dress up and play with....what more could a woman want?

Sounds like a fun read! I'm so glad that you're so happy. Vote for Jim Martin in the election (teachers love him and endorse him)..
