Saturday morning we went to the "so called" Winterville Festivel...which ended up really just being a "thing" for the retirement home ladies/ men...however, it ended up being fun watching the old ladies enjoy riding horses with Polly (my aunt). She has miniture horses.
After we got done there, we went and ate lunch at Loco's on the east side of Athens. I got a fried chicken salad that had the chicken coated in hot sauce. It was yummy.
After that I got a pedicure and eyebrow waxing (ouch) done and was off to Jerry's house. He got ready after getting home from work and we went by K-Mart to get Ava an outifit for Halloween, but K-Mart was being run by a bunch of idiots and then there was this "Indian" guy who kept protesting how much each minute item was ( a 2 liter coke, a water, and a scarf) and they kept ringing it up and ringing it up...I defintely got in the WRONG line - so I ended up just putting it down and leaving b/c we had to be at the movie theater for Nights in Rodanthe...finally ...
Then we get to the theater all excited and the guys says "we aren't playing that movie.." Jerry gets all confused and tries to figure out what is going on, finally he realizes that there actually is another theater in Snellville, we find it but too late so we decide to go eat at Texas Roadhouse Grill (yum yum). We had fun there and went back to his house and chilled out and had a great time.
This morning I picked up the kids and we went home and spent the day doing nothing, though after lunch I do need to go get some stuff from the store and an outfit for Ava's Halloween since K-Mart has no sense...
lol...that was my crazy, but fun weekend.
I will post a pic from the festivel..that we took in front of a set up that the Methodist Church had for their pumpkin patch when I get it from my mom or sister...I didn't have my camera..

When you ever do get to watch that movie...think of me:) It was made on "our" beach last summer. Pretty cool, huh?!
